The Director of SAP Practice will lead and oversee SAP Practice within the organization, driving strategic direction, practice development, client acquisition, client engagement, and support & maintenance services. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of SAP solutions and services, managing a high-performing team, and fostering strong client relationships. The person will be responsible for department P&L reporting. Responsible for maintaining SAP Partnership compliance, which is necessary as per SAP PartnerEdge Program guidelines. Will be managing the Sale, Pre-Sale, Implementation, Development & support teams of SAP Practice. Responsible for project management of all SAP projects.

Specific duties include:

           

Strategic Leadership: 10%

• Develop and implement the strategic vision for SAP Practice in alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
• Define and execute the practice’s business strategy, including market positioning, growth targets, and service offerings.

Client Management: 20%

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Oversee the delivery of SAP solutions to clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Practice Development: 20%

• Drive the growth and development of the SAP Practice, including expanding service offerings, developing new business opportunities, and identifying market trends.

         

Operational Management: 50%

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SAP Practice, including resource allocation, project management, and financial performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and SAP implementation and management best practices.

Requirement:

Bachelor Degree in Business or Computer Science and 5 years of SAP consulting experience in a leadership role.

Special Requirements:

• Experience with SAP modules, Add-ons to SAP, SAP Line of Business (LoB) technologies, and industry best practices.
• Experience in the Wholesale, Pharmaceutical, Chemical & Manufacturing industries with SAP projects.
• Experience with SAP PartnerEdge program guidelines. Travel to unknown client worksites for assignments of unknown durations.
