A digital agency that helps companies identify and improve their customer loyalty required a solution using which companies can identify & track as well as optimize the leads.

Client Pain Area

The client handled a wide range of companies in different verticals, and their main aim was to deliver digital optimization to these companies, thus improving their customer base and bringing in customer loyalty.

For these companies, tracking the incoming leads was a difficult and tedious task. Companies that used multiple distribution networks found it difficult to track the point of origination of the lead. Many of these leads were missed by the company, which affected the conversion rate and the profitability for the company.

The company had to utilize their core resources in managing and tracking the leads, which led to underutilization of the resources and increased costs.

Business Objectives

The client wanted a system using which they could track, manage as well as optimize the incoming leads, which are generated from different channels.

The leads should not be missed out on, as the conversion rate and eventually the profitability depended on this. All the distribution channels should be accounted for, which means integration of the different channels to a single point.

The client wanted to reduce costs by optimal utilization of resources, and higher productivity.

The Solution

We proposed a web based lead management system using ASP.Net framework and MySQL for database management along with LMS web service which allowed external websites to post leads to the lead management system.

The leads that were fed into the system consisted of client data, product of interest as well as the dealer/intermediary. The company can, using the LMS, assign the lead to the concerned person. The automated system has an interim period ( as specified) within which the authorized person within the company has to respond to the lead. In case they miss out, the lead is reassigned as per the settings within the system

The solution included role based access as well as user and content management functionality, which helped maintain security. Email content management is also a functionality of this system, which helps identify the leads, and respond to them.
